Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total service balance and confirm your reserved time. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in the deposit being forfeited. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be subject to a late fee or rescheduling based on availability. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to respect scheduled appointments. No-Show Policy Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, the client will be responsible for the remaining balance of the total service amount due, in addition to forfeiting the deposit. Clients will not be permitted to book future appointments until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. Same-Day Cancellations Same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit and may require full payment for future appointments. Service Adjustments Service times are reserved specifically for each client. Changes to booked services must be approved in advance and may require rescheduling. Payment Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.
